Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward the total service price.

Appointment confirmation: Online appointments are submitted as requests and are not confirmed until approved by Chaya Sol Wellness. You will receive confirmation once your appointment has been approved.

Remaining balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

Cancellations & rescheduling: All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made directly with Chaya Sol Wellness. Clients cannot cancel or reschedule appointments independently online.

24-hour notice: Please contact Chaya Sol Wellness at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Deposit transfer: With at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment.

Late cancellation/no-show: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late arrival: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The full-service price still applies.

Completed services: Completed services are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Chaya Sol: If Chaya Sol Wellness must cancel your appointment, any deposit or payment collected may be refunded or transferred to a new appointment based on your preference.

Payment: Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Gratuity: Appreciated but never required.

A valid physical photo ID is required for every appointment. The physical card used for payment must also be presented at the time of your session. The name on the payment card must match the cardholder’s ID

Digital or virtual cards cannot be accepted for in-person verification.

Service area: Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, and nearby North Dallas communities.

Mobile pricing: Mobile in-home appointments include a $35 mobile service fee, added to the service price at booking. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Additional travel: Additional travel fees may apply based on mileage and distance for appointments outside Chaya Sol's standard service area. Extended travel is subject to availability and approval before scheduling.

What we bring: Chaya Sol provides the massage table and necessary treatment supplies.

Space: Please provide a clear treatment area of at least 10 ft × 12 ft (120 sq. ft.) so your therapist can safely set up a standard massage table and move comfortably throughout your session.

Cleanliness: The treatment area must be clean, sanitary, and free of hazards before your appointment.

Restroom access: A clean, functioning restroom must be available for practitioner use during the appointment.

Pets: Pets must be secured away from the treatment area.

Others present: For safety and security, please notify your therapist before your appointment if other individuals will be present at the service location.

Access: Gate codes, building access instructions, and any special directions must be provided before arrival.

Parking: Any required parking or valet fees are the client's responsibility.

Timing: Please allow approximately 30 additional minutes beyond your scheduled service time for equipment setup, changing, and breakdown. Your consultation is included within your scheduled session time.

Location: Appointments are offered at select private treatment spaces in North Dallas.

Address: The exact address will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

What to bring: Nothing special. Chaya Sol provides the necessary treatment supplies.

Consultation: Your consultation is included within your scheduled service time.

Chaya Sol Ease: Best for targeted muscle tension, areas of discomfort, and focused recovery.

Chaya Sol Motion: Best for stiffness, flexibility, mobility, and improving everyday movement.

Chaya Sol Reset: Chaya Sol's signature 120-minute experience combining full-body therapeutic massage, assisted stretching, and recovery-focused bodywork.

Customization: Every session is tailored to your needs, goals, and comfort level.

What's included: Depending on your selected service, your session may include consultation, therapeutic bodywork, assisted stretching, guided breathing, mobility assessment, aromatherapy, hot towels, and personalized post-session recommendations.

Massage attire: Undress only to your personal comfort level. Professional draping is maintained throughout massage services.

Stretching attire: Comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended for assisted stretching and mobility work.

Consent & comfort: You may ask for an area to be avoided or request changes to pressure or technique at any point during your session.

Aromatherapy & hot towels: Complimentary with applicable sessions. Please let your therapist know if you have sensitivities or prefer a fragrance-free session.

Privacy: Personal information collected through scheduling, intake forms, communications, and services is kept private and used only as necessary to provide and manage your services, meet business obligations, or comply with applicable law. Chaya Sol Wellness does not sell client information.

Intake & consent: New clients must complete required intake and consent forms before receiving services.

Health information: Please disclose relevant injuries, medical conditions, recent procedures, pregnancy, medications, allergies, or other health concerns that could affect your session.

Health considerations: A session may be modified, postponed, or require medical clearance when appropriate for your safety.

Illness: Please reschedule if you're experiencing a contagious illness or symptoms that could put you or your therapist at risk.

Scope of service: Chaya Sol Wellness provides wellness and therapeutic bodywork services. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Professional conduct: Chaya Sol provides professional therapeutic bodywork only. Sexual, inappropriate, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.

Right to decline or end service: Chaya Sol Wellness reserves the right to decline, modify, or immediately end an appointment due to health, hygiene, safety, inappropriate conduct, or professional-boundary concerns.
